It is made from Bailey’s crushable wool “Litefelt” that can be carefully crushed from side to side (not up and down) and retain its shape. It is also treated with Teflon to help repel water and stains. It even comes in different colors to match most wardrobes. The cloth sweatband helps keep this hat extra comfortable to wear. USA.

Quality of shaping is so so. Crown size is a bit small, I suggest to chose a size bigger than usualy. Steel color is different from the picture, it is more like a bluish grey.
