Returns and Exchanges

  • If you are unhappy, for any reason, with the product(s) you have received, we will gladly exchange the item or fully refund your money.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its ORIGINAL condition.
  • When sending the product back, please include the receipt as well as the box it was received in, along with the labels. We also require a written statement explaining why the product is being returned or exchanged.
